1. Cleanse the area using a perineal wash bottle or mild soap and warm water.
2. Pump perineal foam onto a new pad after each bathroom trip, or apply directly to the perineum area with a clean tissue. No need to rinse.
3. Repeat as required throughout the day. Keep in the fridge for additional cooling relief.
